Introducing Yutori Co’s Managing Director, Debra Wightman.
Debra Wightman brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience specialising in organisational culture change, leadership development, and performance coaching.
Her unique expertise lies in her mastery of Human Synergistics’ coaching methods (a globally respected framework backed by over 50 years of research and implemented across 18 countries).
Human Synergistics helps individuals, teams, and organisations understand the power of constructive thinking and behaviour, which leads to higher effectiveness and collaboration. At the core of their approach is the circumplex model, a visual tool that identifies key thinking and behavioural styles. When organisations and individuals operate from a "constructive" (blue) mindset (focused on collaboration, satisfaction, and task orientation) performance, motivation, and team synergy dramatically improve.
Debra leverages this model to guide transformative culture change. Through tools like the Lifestyles Inventory (LSI), she helps individuals gain deep self-awareness by comparing their own perceptions with how others see them. The Group Styles Inventory (GSI) fosters better group dynamics, while Management Impact (MI) and Leadership Impact (LI) deliver actionable insights for enhancing team effectiveness and leadership styles. Additionally, the Organisational Culture Index (OCI) and Organisational Effectiveness Index (OEI) reveal deep-rooted elements of an organisation’s culture and their influence on employee performance and motivation.
With her academic foundation in Behavioral Science (Psychology) from Charles Darwin University, Debra blends scientific insights with practical strategies, ensuring lasting culture change. Her extensive experience, combined with Human Synergistics’ proven tools, makes her a powerful partner in guiding organisations toward constructive leadership that shapes meaningful and measurable change.
